Southwest Style Soup
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 t. Shurfine Chili Powder
- 3 c. Shurfine Low Salt Chicken Broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Shurfine Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can Shurfine Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 2 Chicken Breast cooked and cubed
- 1 can (4 oz.) Shurfine Diced Green Chiles, drained
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- Simmer and serve with sour cream and tortilla chips as garnish.
