Southwest Style Soup
 
Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 t. Shurfine Chili Powder
  • 3 c. Shurfine Low Salt Chicken Broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Shurfine Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can Shurfine Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 2 Chicken Breast cooked and cubed
  • 1 can (4 oz.) Shurfine Diced Green Chiles, drained
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
  2. Simmer and serve with sour cream and tortilla chips as garnish.
