Ingredients
  • 3-1/2 c. Shurfine Complete Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • ½ c. Shurfine Granulated Sugar
  • 1 can (21 oz.) Shurfine Blueberry Pie Filling
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 c. Shurfine 1% Milk
  • ½ c. Shurfine Complete Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • ½ c. Shurfine Brown Sugar
  • 1 t. Shurfine Cinnamon
  • ¼ t. Shurfine Nutmeg
  • 6 T. Shurfine Unsalted Butter, Chilled
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix baking mix, egg, sugar and milk together in a large bowl and pour into a well greased 9” x 13” glass pan.
  3. Spread pie filling over the top of the batter.
  4. Mix the streusel topping ingredients together in a bowl until crumbly and sprinkle over the top of the blueberry filling.
  5. Put cake into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted into cake portion.
