Sinful Caramel Sauce

Sinful Caramel Sauce
  • ½ c. Shurfine Corn Syrup
  • ½ c. water
  • 1 c. Shurfine Sugar
  • ¾ c. Shurfine Whipping Cream
  • 1 t. Shurfine Vanilla
  1. Combine corn syrup, water and sugar in sauce pan and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat and do not stir! Boil until mixture is golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in whipping cream and vanilla, stir until smooth.
  4. Cool and serve. Makes 1-1/2 cup. Can store in refrigerator.
