Easy Raspberry Cobbler

  • 1-1/3 c. Shurfine Flour
  • 1-1/3 c. Shurfine Milk
  • 1-1/3 c. Shurfine Sugar
  • 3 t. Shurfine Baking Powder
  • 1 Stick Shurfine Butter or Margarine
  • 2 c. Shurfine Raspberries (Do Not Thaw)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter or margarine in 9" x 13" pan.
  3. Combine thoroughly with electric mixer: flour, sugar, milk and baking powder.
  4. Pour batter into pan. Drop raspberries on top. Berries will sink as they cook.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite Shurfine® Ice Cream.
