Fruit Trifle with Honey Vanilla Yogurt

Serves: 6-8 servings
  • 1 cup Shurfine Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon Shurfine Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Shurfine Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Shurfine Orange juice
  • 3 cups Shurfine Frozen Mixed Fruit Medley
  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla and orange juice. Mix until well blended.
  2. In a medium serving bowl, spread one cup of frozen fruit on the bottom.
  3. Top with ? of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Spread another cup of fruit and continuing layer until you have three layers of each, ending with yogurt on the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
