  • Topping

  • 1 cup Shurfine All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Shurfine Brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon Shurfine Salt
  • ½ cup Shurfine Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Shurfine Vanilla extract
  • Filling

  • 3 cups Shurfine Frozen blackberries
  • 2 cups Shurfine Frozen sliced peaches
  • ¼ cup Shurfine Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Shurfine All-purpose flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Shurfine Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1 teaspoon Shurfine Vanilla extract
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish by coating with butter or non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Make the topping by combining 1 cup flour, brown sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until well mixed. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine blackberries, peaches, sugar and ¼ cup flour; toss to coat. Pour into prepared baking dish and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla together with an electric mixer on medium speed. Pour into prepared baking dish over fruit mixture.
  5. Crumble the topping mixture evenly over the yogurt mixture.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
