- 2 t. minced fresh garlic
- 1 can Shurfine Garbanzo Beans, drained with liquid
- 4 t. Shurfine Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 t. Shurfine Lemon Juice
- ½ t. Shurfine Salt
- Puree garlic, beans, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and enough reserved liquid to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
